Shipping and delivery
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, including a tracking number. You can click on this number or alternatively enter the number on the shipping company’s site.
How many days does it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times are dependent on the shipping destination and courier. Please refer to our Shipping and Returns section for more information, or alternatively contact email@example.com.
Is my product insured?
Yes, all our products are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst transit from our warehouse, until the package is in your hands. When your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address they are no longer covered by insurance.
Can I ship my order to another country?
Yes. Simply enter the desired destination on the shipping section when checking out.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. Simply enter the desired destination on the shipping section, and make sure to leave a note stating it is a gift. All of our scarves are sent in our signature blue boxes. We will make sure not to include the receipt in the package.
Which Payment methods does Quinta Maso accept?
We accepts payments through most major credit cards and payment providers, including PayPal.
If you want to use 'Express checkout' we also provide Shop Pay, PayPal and G Pay.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Quinta Maso’s prices are displayed in Euro, and when making your purchase the daily rate exchange provided by your bank will be implemented.
Can I cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel your order within one hour of placing it. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
How will I know if you’ve received my order?
As soon as you place your order you should receive an order confirmation email, as well as an order success message on checkout. If you haven’t received one, please get in touch with email@example.com.
I’ve added the wrong shipping address. How do I change it?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and correct address within one hour of placing the order. We cannot guarantee being able to change it past this time period.
From where do you ship?
We ship all our orders from the beautiful city of Stockholm, Sweden.
As a customer you are responsible for unboxing your order and checking that the goods are faultless as soon as possible after delivery. If you have received products that are damaged or if the good has another defect, please contact our customer service department via email@example.com to get approval before returning the good(s) via waybill. Please always state your order number in the email. Please also attach a picture detailing the damage and/or defect. A free return form will be sent to you.
Return & exchanges
I would like to return a product, how do I do?
We offer free returns worldwide. Please refer to our Shipping and Returns section for more information on how to process returns and exchanges.
Where can I find the measurements of your scarves?
You can find the approximate measurements of our scarves in the description part at all our product pages. Please note that all our sizes are marked in Centimeters, and that due to the manual manufacturing of scarves, sizes may vary slightly.
Are your products for men or women?
We refuse to assign a gender to an intrinsically genderless product. Everyone is welcome to wear our products, and our aim is to provide beautiful scarves to anyone who wants to use them.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our scarves are manufactured in the North of Italy, close to Lake Como, in a factory that dates back to 1940. Our signature blue gift boxes are manufactured in Warsaw, Poland.
Are your products vegan?
We use silk in the majority of our products, so they are not vegan.
Are your products sustainable?
All of our product manufacturing takes place in the same geographical area, ensuring our pieces don’t travel during the production process. Our manufacturing partner is certified with GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), Seri.Co (A quality trademark of Italian silk) and ZDHD (Roadmap to Zero Footprint Programe).
We work exclusively with noble, circular fibres grown from the Earth, so that they can be reused, recycled and returned to the same place they came from. Our first collection is made from 100% Silk and 20% Silk / 80% Cotton blend. Our scarves are of the highest quality and every detail has been thought out to extend the life cycle of our pieces, if cared for properly.
We use a digital printing process, which is a much more environmentally-friendly alternative to traditional printing methods, using significantly less water, electricity, and surplus ink. Digital printing allows for small production runs, reducing waste and overproduction.
Each of our scarves is packaged in a premium, solid paper board box, which is meant to hold your scarf and retain its quality for longer. Our boxes are made in Poland, using 100% recycled, FSC-certified paper board, and completely free from plastic. The scarves are folded between FSC-certified, acid-free tissue paper, and printed using soy inks.
How do I take care of my scarf?
To extend the life of your Quinta Maso scarf, store in its own original box, in a dry place, untied and folded flat. Avoid contact with water and other chemicals, and dry clean it professionally when needed.
Can I iron my scarf?
Choose professional dry cleaning when possible. If you wish to get rid of fold lines or creases, gently steam your product or iron on very low heat.
Can I wash my scarf in the washing machine?
We do not recommend washing your scarf in the washing machine. If your scarf needs cleaning, we recommend having it professionally dry cleaned, or gently steamed.
