Shipping & returns
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation including the tracking number of your order by email. All our orders are shipped with PostNord / National Post, DHL or UPS.
It takes between 1-7 working days from the time you place the order until you receive it, which depends on the country your delivery address is based. In the event of late delivery, you are entitled to cancel the purchase. We always offer trackable shipping options. Please see more information below per country or geographical area.

DHL - Freight Service Point - Tracked - FREE SHIPPING
The order will be sent to your local Service Point. Delivery time for this option is 1-3 working days and you will receive a text message or email notification when your package is ready to collect. Provide the PIN from the notification upon receipt. You need to pick up the package before the upcoming 7 days.
PostNord / National Post – Delivery point - Tracked - 5€
Your order will be delivered by PostNord to your nearest service point. Delivery time for this option is 1-3 working days and you will receive a text message once your order is ready to pick up from the service point. You will need a valid ID document to collect it.
PostNord / National Post - Home Delivery - Tracked - 5€
If you choose Home Delivery your order will be delivered to your home address. You can choose the day and time in the PostNord app, or after you have received a text message. The order can be delivered even if nobody is at home by choosing “leave outside the door”.

Returns
We hope you love your new scarf and our products as much as we do. But if you’re not satisfied with your item we will of course help you with a return. You have always a full right of return and exchange within 14 days from the date you received the order.
Please contact us at customercare@quintamaso.com if you would like to do a return, stating your full name, order number, full address and reason for the return. We will send you a free return label, which you should attached to the outside of your package and send to us.
Hand the package in to your nearest postal agent. Save your proof of posting – remember that you are responsible for the return shipment until we receive it.
When you return the product it’s important that you have not used the product and that it is returned in its original condition with all labels and original packaging remaining on the product (including our signature blue box). This does not apply to complaints. Remember that the product should be well packaged, preferably in its original packaging (including the inner packaging) and that the returned item must be in substantially unchanged condition for us to approve the return for you. Transport damage due to inadequate packaging will be charged to you as the customer. Do not attach address labels directly to the product packaging. Instead place the original box or bag in another box or bag.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, if you would like to change to another product you must order a new product in our webshop. Please see above regarding returns and follow step by step.
